Can poor sleep, body fat mass, and low physical activity contribute mutually to an increase in childhood obesity?

Childhood obesity is a worldwide epidemic and public health problem. Sleep an important factor in this process, its quality duration are associated with metabolism, eating behavior, cognition, psychology. Physical activity encompasses hormonal, thermoregulatory, fatiguing, restorative processes, metabolic regulator of sleep, modestly reduces body fat through elevated energy expenditure regulation. The relationships among obesity, physical childhood need to be better understood. regulates circadian rhythms alterations that can improve sleep minimally reduce adiposity the incidence obesity. Poor higher mass index lower levels activity, contributing increased caloric intake hormonal deregulation related behavior. Thus, poor contributes daily sedentary lifestyle.
